April’s lil’ cakes evolved from a love of baking and sharing delicious desserts with those close to me.

I always come back to baking. Sweet memories of baking with my mom stay with me from one recipe to the next. From step stools, boxed desserts, and asking permission to use the oven, I grew up with the love of baking and evolved into only making things from scratch!

Almost 30 years later, with an ever-evolving love of my favorite dessert, I started April's lil' cakes to share my treats with the world (well, more like a 30-mile radius, but a girl can dream).
